By creating an account or using Kineat's app, portal or website, operated by [Company name], you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kineat is a tool that organizes the meal plan defined by your specialist: it lets you build your meals freely within that plan and record what you eat. The portal lets specialists enter plans and follow up with patients who agreed to connect.

Kineat does not prescribe, diagnose or give medical or nutritional advice. It does not generate meal plans. The information you see comes from your specialist's plan or from what you enter.

If you have any question about your health, talk to your specialist. In an emergency, go to emergency services. Kineat does not replace a consultation with a health professional.

You must be over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Specialists declare that they hold the training and, where applicable, the professional license that allows them to practice.

• Provide accurate information and keep your email up to date.
• Protect access to your email and your devices; you are responsible for the activity on your account.
• Let us know at contacto@kineat.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

The connection requires the patient's acceptance. You can revoke it at any time from Profile. The specialist agrees to use the patient's information only for their care and to comply with the personal data and professional secrecy rules that apply.

Invitations are personal: do not post them or share them with anyone they were not meant for.

• Do not use Kineat for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Do not try to access other people's data or bypass security measures.
• Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except as the law allows.
• Do not upload offensive content or content that does not belong to you.

You keep ownership of what you enter (plans, dishes, notes). You grant us a limited license to process and display it for the sole purpose of providing the service to you. Kineat, its brand, design and software are the property of [Company name] or its licensors.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, with no guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice whenever possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Kineat is not responsible for health or nutrition decisions made by you or your specialist, or for indirect damages arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

You can stop using Kineat and request the cancellation of your account at contacto@kineat.com. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms. How your data is handled after cancellation is governed by the Privacy Notice.
